MWD + GYRO

APPLICATION

The MWD + Gyro service will statistically combine MWD and Gyro into a single survey. The service will identify/fix declination error and correct out of spec IFR/HDGM/BGGM reference field values. Operationally, if a Gyro is run on any well on a pad to a minimum of 200 ft into the lateral, the declination improvement can be shared with the rest of the surrounding wells. MWD + Gyro will improve wellbore accuracy and reduce positional uncertainty.
